Role Summary
Moneythor is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Singapore office. This role is central to driving the evolution of our product — a market-leading digital banking engagement platform — by aligning cross-functional teams around a shared product vision and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of features that create measurable value for our banking and financial services clients. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise software product management, a strong affinity for financial technology, and a proven ability to operate at the intersection of engineering, go-to market, solutioning, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
Product Roadmap & Engineering
- Own and manage the product roadmap in close collaboration with the Engineering team,
- translating strategic priorities into well-defined epics and user stories.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and release coordination to ensure on-time delivery of roadmap commitments.
- Evaluate technical trade-offs alongside engineering leadership and make informed prioritisation decisions.
Go-To-Market & Marketing
- Partner with the Marketing team to plan and execute go-to-market activities for new product features and major releases.
- Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and collateral that communicate the value proposition to target buyer personas.
- Support demand-generation campaigns, analyst briefings, and industry event participation with product expertise.
Solutioning & Best Practices
- Work with the Solutioning team to establish and enforce best practices and standards for all functionalities implemented on top of the Moneythor platform.
- Review solution designs and implementation patterns to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with the core product architecture.
- Contribute to the development of reference architectures, implementation playbooks, and configuration guidelines.
Customer Success & Feedback
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure that client feedback on the product is captured, triaged, and addressed in a timely fashion.
- Establish structured feedback loops — including NPS analysis, feature request tracking, and quarterly business reviews — to continuously inform the product roadmap.
- Act as an escalation point for product-related client issues, balancing individual client needs against the broader product strategy.
- 10+ years of experience in product management roles, with a significant portion spent managing enterprise software products.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully bringing enterprise software products to market and managing them through multiple release cycles.
- Experience working in or with financial technology companies, banking platforms, or digital financial services providers.
- Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, API-driven architectures, and modern software development practices (Agile, CI/CD).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Solutions, and Customer Success teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred
- Prior experience with digital banking engagement platforms, personalisation engines, or financial wellness solutions.
- Familiarity with the Asia-Pacific banking landscape and regulatory environment.
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment where ownership and initiative are essential.
- Background in data-driven product decision-making, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and usage analytics.
Location
This role is based in Singapore, where Moneythor has its headquarters. The position is full-time and on-site, with occasional travel to client sites and industry events globally.
